On vacation, you do not always want to walk with his huge camera, the prerogative of the quintessential tourist. It also happens that by joining a local club, you come across buskers playing under a neon, so we just have a phone in your pocket to immortalize. In truth, the phone is ideal for capturing those spontaneous moments without complicating life. Here are some tips to make the most of your MP and share whether you have an iPhone, an Android smartphone or an old Nokia 1990.

1 Color

If your photos consistently give the impression of having been taken on a dull day, press your phone settings (often indicated by a small cog) button. Increase the contrast so that your pictures are more rich, less bland and more flattering for faces. Otherwise, select a size and image quality superior to reduce graininess. You can also use Instagram to enhance the tone, not necessarily publish on their platform in the past filter images.

2 Release Time

Mobile phones are well known for their long trip time - after the click (fictional), it takes many seconds for the picture is actually taken. Count to three for the subject but trigger "two" and then stand still for a second to avoid blurring. Take pictures continuously allows to improve but also to capture people in their most natural day before they have time to ask.

3 Brightness

The rule is simple: the more there are, the better. If your camera does not have flash and seems only able to produce images with half dark, do not clear so far: a photo editing application can often revive shots we thought lost.
Make your subject is always lit, but never from behind - otherwise you will get a simple silhouette against the light. Maybe you will get around the subject to light even a glimmer of street lamp diffuses behind you. Then point the camera at the darkest place of the subject so as to effect the development. Thus, the device includes that there is little light and can compensate.

4 Fuzzy

You get shaky and ghostly images? Do not move. Press the hand holding the phone against a wall, or paste the other arm along the body. When you press the shutter button, hold your finger down for a second longer than usual to gain stability and compensate the trip time. To prevent camera shake, exhale at the onset, like snipers. Otherwise, set the self-timer on your camera and place it on a ledge of some sort.
By increasing the brightness, you allow your phone to prevent blur. He opted for a speed higher trigger and no longer needs to search the dark to make the development.

5 Obstacles

Make sure your phone case does not interfere with shooting. If a white mist appears in your photos (and the sky was clear that day), this is the classic symptom of a flash which is reflected on the thick walls of the opening photo of your case.
It may also happen that an external white light suddenly floods your images. In this case, take cover the lens with your hand.

6 Composition

Even with a small camera, some basic rules of composition can allow summaries photos stand out. Use the rule of thirds - do not place your subject in the middle of the frame, but slightly off to one third of the board. Also, make sure that the eyes of the person photographed are in the top third of the image.
