The camera traveling

Today I begin my series on new technologies in travel. In fact I'm not that passionate travel, but also new technologies. We'll go around the new hi-tech objects that are revolutionizing the trip. I will present different objects depending on the use you will make of it. Let's start with the basics: the cameras. Indeed the photos are part of your travels. It is therefore an essential purpose of your trip, yet there are many models for many uses. There are three groups of cameras.

SLR: upscale

First of all DSLRs. Increasingly democratized these devices have the advantage of pictures of high quality. Taking almost instantaneous view, unlimited memory through memory cards still larger and still cheaper. However, these devices have some limitations. A minimum of knowledge to choose the device that suits you. In fact, these devices are characterized by several criteria: sensitivity, openness, mount the sensor size. I strongly advise you to educate yourself before you make the purchase of such equipment. Another snag this high-end solution, price. Indeed prices start at around 400 euros but can fly to several thousand euros, not to mention the price targets that, too, fly away very quickly.

Digital compact cameras

Another type of cameras, compact digital cameras. These cameras are the most popular with a wide range of products.Still photography, these devices are photos of reasonable quality, with increasing resolution and zoom better quality. While these devices do, of course, nothing to do with true SLR, the benefits are many. They are ergonomic, convenient to carry. Photos are stored on memory cards which offers the advantage of having no storage limit. Another advantage, not least, their prices. Very affordable these devices suit all budgets. These objects increasingly hi-tech will offer new features such as a photo editing directly on the device or even the ability to share your photos directly to your favorite social networks.

Smartphones or cameras?

Last type of cameras: smartphones. At the risk of putting my readers back in classifying the camera smartphones, I'm actually fan of this kind of objects to take my photos. Indeed, these smartphones have increasingly sophisticated devices.Certainly it will be difficult to take pretty pictures of sunsets or fireworks but apart from these cases, I find these pictures very reasonable quality. What makes me look for this kind of object, it is essentially the practical side. I often (always), my smartphone in a tablet in my pocket, so that I always have a camera on me, unlikely to forget and very compact.Photos rank themselves, and if you own a cellular network like 3G, or your hotel has a wifi connection, you can very easily share photos, send or store them on your storage spaces "clouding computing" like iCloud, Dropbox, Picasa makes your space virtually unlimited storage. These devices also allow you to do photo retouching, albeit fairly basic. Small flat for quality photos, again, it will pay the price, but we will see that these devices are very useful in many situations.

Cameras of the future

Let's talk about the future. In the near future First, with this new generation of cameras which there appeared only a few years tablets. Indeed we have all seen people taking pictures with their tablet, something that does not exist there is still a few years. These large displays have attracted more than one person in recent years and are on the rise, especially when traveling.
We are planning a slightly more distant future of course, but not that far with the new Google Goggles, Google glass. This new generation of glasses, sold exclusively in the USA at the moment and next year in France, includes a mini camera to take pictures at the slightest blink of an eye. No need to hold the device in hand, your eyes are the lens and shutter.
Latest innovation output there barely a few weeks, the Samsung Galaxy Gear watch that, too, has a camera in the bracelet. Although less convenient, but also it will allow you to always have a camera at hand.
